Lilah also shares in The Financial Brand that despite their tech-forward mindset, Millennials still value personal financial advice and they are likely to seek help managing their finances. According to our research, 71% of millennials are actively seeking financial management assistance, compared to 63% of the general population. 

 

And as Millennials advance in their careers and enter their peak earning years, they are also increasingly looking to their employers for financial support. Retirement planning is a significant focus and they want employers to provide comprehensive financial programs and assistance.
