Logica Research grows and promotes senior research staff

Insights professionals bring decades of experience designing, executing and managing custom market research projects in the financial services industry

Logica Research, a custom market research firm serving financial services, fintech, technology and growing organizations, is expanding its team to better serve its clients. Carole Herpin has been promoted to Vice President, Client Success and will oversee exceptional delivery of client engagements. Kerol Guaqueta has joined as a Market Research Manager to support key accounts, and Denise Squicciarini has joined as a Research Director to drive complex quantitative research for Logica’s clients.

Carole Herpin, Vice President Client Success

Herpin is driven to help clients make better decisions through research insights, and has played a key role in Logica’s success and growth. Her research career has been focused on financial services marketing research, including specialized expertise in the insurance and banking industries with a focus on brand engagement, public relations research, and customer experience. Fluent in English and French, Herpin brings her international research expertise to Logica’s global research initiatives to ensure cultural subtleties are honored. Prior to joining the Logica team, she was at FWD Research in London where she ran a research panel conducting hundreds of one-on-one interviews with brokers and senior executives. In the past, she has also served as the European representative of Decision Analyst in Cambridge (UK), worked at Join the Dots in Manchester (UK) on online communities, and ran financial services projects at GfK.


Denise Squicciarini, Research Director

Squicciarini brings more than 25 years of experience designing and conducting custom quantitative research and analysis across a variety of verticals, with a special focus on financial services. She has extensive experience in concept and product testing, awareness and usage studies, brand profiling, advertising tracking, consumer decision journeys and segmentation. Her key strength is helping clients gain a better understanding of customers and prospects through deep insights. Squicciarini was most recently at Fuel Cycle, where she acted as Research Director Group Head for financial services clients with online communities. She has also held Senior level roles with Tapestry Research, Maru/Matchbox, Vision Critical, The NPD Group and Newman-Stein (acquired by Radius Global/previously known as DDW). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch’s College.  


Kerol Guaqueta, Research Manager

Guaqueta’s research career includes more than 15 years of project management and research execution experience in financial services, as well as auto, home, and health care—bringing a range of industry knowledge and perspective to her client work at Logica. Her results-driven skills, collaborative and thoughtful approach, and her attention to detail are brought to every client engagement to deliver value and actionable insights. Prior to joining Logica Research, Kerol spent the majority of her career at J.D. Power, where she oversaw the successful execution of large customer satisfaction programs—working with cross-functional teams to deliver on long-term tracking studies, managing custom requests, and delighting clients. Guaqueta holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University.
